Its too bad really, they all work so hard in the spring and off season to get where they were and then just let it slip away. Almost as if they are satisfied that they got where their goal was and then let up on the pedal.

Watched some of the LaSalle games to see if they are real. Big difference between UD's games and LaSalle's. The explorers take the turf highly energized with a killer instinct and don't let up for the full 90 minutes. UD on the other hand is willing to let the opponent set the tone of play till either they score of UD realizes they are running out of time and need a score.

Our once stellar defense is lacking. Had 14 shut outs couple years ago and we've not only showed that we can bend but be penetrated.

This was supposed to be our best offensive team and it has pretty much petered out as the season wears on.

Don't know where this teams heart and determination is, but its not based with a killer instinct and all too often content to just play hard enough to win....only if the opponent scores first it spells trouble.

No more excuses now, its put up or shut up. 5th place and dropping out of rankings....surely not what their goal was.
