DAYTON BASEBALL ADDS FOUR TO ITS 2009 ROSTER

The University of Dayton baseball program has added four more players to its incoming recruiting class. Outfielder Mitchell Nelson joins the Flyer baseball family as a junior college transfer while first baseman Joe Dorocak, infielder Brian Blasik and left handed pitcher Michael Guinane made formal commitments at the end of their prep careers. All four will join the team for the upcoming 2009 season.

Joe Dorocak is from Cleveland St. Ignatius. I'm a Clevelander, too. He'll be a very good baseball player for UD. St. Ignatius has won like 7 state titles in football. In baseball last year(Dorocak's senior year), they were state runner-up. Sort of like how Brian Roberts took Toledo St. John's to two final fours. Look how he played at UD. WOW.
