Most dunks in a game by a single player

Toppin had a bunch tonight. Record?

Yes. His 8 broke previous record of 6 by Sean Finn against Prairie View in 2003.

Team's 12 dunks also broke team record of 9 against UNCG in 2008.

Destroying the paint in a 2-3 zone will do that.

Great to see them not settle for perimeter shots but keep getting the ball into the paint. They're going to get zoned until their blue in the face or until they shoot like they did last night more..

Jim O'Brien's 1990's teams didn't have 8 dunks in a season.

We were talking about that at the half...

Back in the day the arena would see a few dunks a season and everyone would lose their **** on the most basic fast break jam.

Goes to show how the game and the athletes have changed.

Even Crutcher threw one down with authority.

It was a big deal when Antoine Smith or John Richter climbed the ladder. You could sit through the rest of a 104-76 homecourt beatdown and still drive home feeling like you got your money's worth.

You have to recruit far and wide to find that many players with 12" verticals.
