Today we remember the life of Steve McElvene who passed away two years ago on this day.

Steve was a wonderful person, tremendous teammate and a great friend.

He will always be loved and remembered. #RIP5

What a loss. The kids loved him, his teammates loved him, we fans loved him, the coaches loved him. The dude lit up a room with his smile and just had so much fun "Steve says no" was a cool schtick.

Why are guys like he and Chris Daniels taken far too early?

The second i read this thread the fond memories hit me first which made me smile, THEN the sadness hit. That's pretty **** cool and a testament to Steve.
