Solid Game all around last night except for about a 5 minute stretch, but I was very impressed... Keep it going! Last game before a week off for Exams, hopefully the boys play with the same fire this weekend, then get some deserved rest.

Game is on Saturday at 3 PM and will be shown on the NBC Sports Network.

One thing I noticed about Penn is they look like a poor shooting team... 43% FG, 33% 3PT, 61% FT (Awful there)... Betley seems like their best player, 15 PPG 5.5 RPG

X probably won't play, but I hope he is ready to go after the week off when Ron Hunter & Georgia State come to the Arena next Saturday.

well, according to the Webs, Elizabeth Banks attended Penn, perhaps not a cheerleader, but something for our King to chew upon. So did Gloria Allred, do with that what you like :)

Last time I posted that same research was before the ODU game. Then they came out made everything. Back then I think our defense could cure anyone's poor offense. I'm encouraged by what we did last night on defense.

Seems like the consensus is Dayton -6. So it's another game like our first 8, it depends on which Dayton shows up.

That darned one-hand pass by Jalen. I hate that pass. We are not hitting the boards; there is not energy; and turnovers are killing us.

This team starts very slow for some reason. They seem to lack any kind of defensive pressure early in the game.

UD isn't playing defense. They are just standing around and trying not to foul.

The Flyers' passing is sloppy, slow and telegraphed. They look horrible in every aspect of the game.

I would be tempted start a full-court press here. This team is so far out of sync. They need to inject some energy in this game and make it a full-court game.

Not much to be proud of yet!

Can we play any worse on either end? Hard to watch this crap. 4 turnovers, no rebounding and no defensive rotation.

At this rate I'll be putting all my tickets to the January games on the Ticket Exchange by the end of this game. I can't drive 4 hours round trip to watch this in person.

After a horrible pass, John Crosby comes back with a beautiful penetrate and dish to the unconscious Jordan Davis. I am liking Davis more every game!!!

Like many have said - this is going to be a roller coaster for a while. Do we feel good or bad that we are tied with Penn at home?!

Jordan Davis is going to be one of my favorites. Just like watching him.

Glad that there are two halves to this game. Grant will Get the team charged up and counsel Kostas on defense or lack of it.

Here's an opponent shooting 33% on the season from 3pt and they bury 8 of them in the first half. Unbelievable. And 5 different players made them!!

Hope that the Quakers second half brings their 3s back to 33%.

If AG makes a few adjustments, we win by 15-20 points.

Have faith.

Kostas needs to move his feet more. It may also be a strength problem as well.

Ugly start to the 2nd half. Seems the offense has stagnated since Crutcher returned to the point.

Our passing is just dreadful. It is resulting in way too many turnovers. Darryl and Josh are not playing under control.

An early post in this thread indicated that "they were not a good-shooting team." I don't know what held them back before, but in this game, they are shooting the lights out. Also, their offense is stunningly good.

Wow, Penn is a great passing team.

It’s getting late.

I so want Svoboda to be that knockdown shooter I heard about but the more and more I see him shoot the less and less I think that's possible.

Kostas is playing frustrated; he needs to sit down.

You could tell he was way off when it left his hands.

That passing turnover from Kostas to Crosby may have been the nail in the coffin. That was a four point turnaround.

John has had a couple of really bad turnovers, but other than that, his game has been solid today. He has had several very impressive finishes at the glass.

Davis and Davis with no points this half.

Ironially as bad as Svoboda has shot i think he has played a decent game otherwise.

This game is over. Passing turnovers and inability to defend the three-ball have killed the Flyers. By the way, why do they have Svoboda guarding Jones? He is not quick enough to get out on the three-ball.

Sam Jones has only played in 7 games and averages 2.6 PPG... Unreal

Crosby with a decent game today. Put the nail in our own coffin with that last pass. But he got the offense going today.
