Rams come into Frericks today at 0-2 in the A10. Both matches are 5-set losses. Ouch. So out of respect for Fordham...let’s not get anywhere near a 5-set match today.

Dominate in 3. Go Flyers!

Fordham has been leading by 1-2 points for while now. Up 13-15. TO UD. Need to flip that switch ladies and go on a run. Need some blocks we have one.

After dropping the next point to go down 13-16, the Flyers go on a 12-4 run to win the first set 25-20. We picked up two more blocks for 3 in the first.

Sometimes it takes a set to get the other team’s setting rhythm down and your block going. We need to keep the pressure on at the net this set.

Fordham has lead by 1-2 points again this set, but UD up 14-13. TO Fordham.

19-16 UD. We need another couple blocks to close this out.

25-16 UD. No blocks in the 9-0 run to close the set, but Jamie had two aces including at set point.

Come out strong in the third and pick up the sweep.

UD wins 25-20 and 3-0. Live stats missing two of our points, so not sure what we hit or complete stats. Jamie had a double-double. That’s a good day in a 3-set match. Pla played well both days this weekend. No blocks in the 3rd set and there were chances. Fordham made some great digs in the 3rd to keep it close. Josie, Molly and Alli got into action in 3rd set. No Amelia this weekend, but she was dressed out on Sunday. I did not see her Friday via streaming video.
