Why all the game threads before the season?
 

Any particular reason you created all these threads already?

I wanted to add some team previews and interesting information about each opponent well before the games take place. I thought it might generate some really interesting chat, and we might enter each game a little more informed as fans. I know some of that happens naturally on the main forum, but I like the idea that it is very easily accesible here and the information won't get buried and lost easily.

Also, sometimes multiple game threads get started when we wait until the evening of the game. It's nice to have them all prepared. It's a little bit of an experiment that we discussed over the summer. I thought I would try it and see how Chris R likes it.
