Got the win on the road tonight with a free kick from Michael Adedokun in the 89th minute to sneak out of Richmond with a W and keep the season alive. Dominated the stats but had trouble finding clean looks in the box. Didnt put a ton on frame but Ermini the Rams GK was outstanding all night.

VCU had won just 3 games all season but earned the #3 seed because they were all in A10 play and they had fewer losses than 9-2-4 Dayton. There was a weird mash of records and ordering in the final A10 standings that cut against the grain of overall body of work. The bracket gets re-seeded and considering we're a #6 seed and likely the highest remaining, we'll probably have to play at #1 Saint Louis in the Semis.
