Tough game coming up on Saturday... Reminder, they beat N.C. State in NC by 17 on Opening Night. They won at Liberty last night by 11. They play the powerhouse known as Washington Adventist on Thursday lol.

Good assist numbers as well. So must be a ball movement type of offense.

not much UD talk there, but they've still got another game on Thursday before they get to UD.

W&M recruits smart kids who have to meet the same academic standards as the general student population...not too many D-1 schools adhere to this policy. The starting five are pretty solid, but not sure how deep they go.

Big Steve should curtail some of the backdoor plays
 

last year we had major trouble particulrly with Davidson on this type of offense. We may be better equipped with a real center and added depth to contend with this.

Well, Charles Cooke should be able to give a decent scouting report against William & Mary's style of play. I glanced at some old box scores, and it looks like he faced them five times in 2 years at JMU, turning in just one pretty decent statistical game. The others were pretty rough. So I would imagine he is itching to have a good game in this one.

I had no luck watching SE MO ST game on the video feed. Anyone have a similar problem, with the error popping up about being in the wrong geographical area? This is too good of a game to only have radio!!

Someone "turned the channel" on the stream. The correct game was originally selected, but then the person chose the football game.

He found the UD game on the channel guide and didn't press "enter"!!!

Finally. The person flipping through the channels landed on the UD game.

This is being streamed from a Time Warner receiver, and the operator is a moron. They were showing golf, then we got to see them pull the guide up and try to change the channel, but fail. Several times. Then they turned on the Penn State v Michigan football game. Now they got it right, which is good, but also pathetic that it took so long.

Well, out to the garage to listen with Bucky and a beer.

Besides wanting to see a W, I hope to see Pollard become a major presence in this game.

I don't understand what goes on in KP's head sometimes. He's been frustrated sitting with fouls and injuries, gets off to a great offensive start and then picks up a cheap foul on the perimeter. He wants the minutes he's got to be smarter on D.

I knew this was going to start tough. Bucky saying Flyers getting outhustled. Need to get it together. This is a GOOD basketball team

6-17 shooting and 5 turnovers. We are missing on all cylinders.

As good as they looked the first two games, they look horrible this game.
Allowing dribble drives with dish offs for easy baskets, can't make shots,
not looking good so far.

5 turnovers by Dayton and 1 by W&M is the difference as well as UD is 0 for 5 from 3 where as W&M is 3/10. 22-14, we need to start playing. Cannot get down 15+ versus this team.

Does Time Warner not believe in showing the score of the game except when they go to timeouts?

And as I typed that they finally put it on the bottom of the screen.

10 Turnovers Dayton, 4 Turnovers W&M. 1 3Pointer Dayton, 5 3 Pointers W&M.

Hope that this game is a tale of two halves and the second half belongs to UD. I am sure that Archie will have some choice words for the team.

Our 10 turnovers are the story of the game. Shooting about dead even. We only have 2 free throws. Outrebounding them by 7.

We seem to be shuffling so many subs that no one is getting a flow.

The funny thing is I have TWC for my internet service, yet I still can't watch. How does the A10 network know whether or not I'm a TWC subscriber?

Kyle, Schooch, and Pollard 10 points and 6 rebounds on 4/13 shooting. We need the juniors to step up in the 2H.

(1) Push the ball on every play -- we are more athletic;
(2) Crash the boards, I want 3 people crashing on the offensive glass.
(3) Put the full court press on.
(4) Schooch needs to drive to the bucket. He can beat their guards
(5) Stop the turnovers.
(6) Pick up the defensive intensity

Seems like we do not do well versus Princeton offense teams, Davidson whole game and now 1H of of W&M.

It is not the Princeton offense. We have only given up 30 pts and 36% shooting. It is our offense. Turnovers and missed shots.

It's going to take RM and DD hitting 3s in the 2nd half to get us back and beyond this game.

Big Steve needs to sit -- huge defensive liability this game. Most made 3s due to him getting beat and kicking out.

We went small & now down 42-36. I like Miller in this game better than Big Steve (not saying for every game, but for these match-ups). Come on Williams, nail your foul shots to cut it to 4!

Williams should've passed that ball on the fast break, if he makes the FTs, no harm done. This is going to be Baby Ds and the defense's game to win for us, I can feel it.
