For a true freshman PG in a hostile road environment. And he was being aggressive, setting up open 3s and even throwing court-long outlet passes

Compare that with Darrell and Crosby, 2 upperclassmen who can't provide a steady hand and combined for 10 turnovers. And ultimately, that stretch of sloppiness set up VCU for their huge run by giving them easy buckets

Oh, and he also put up a 21/8/7. Jalen Crutcher really looks like a special player

And how about his lob pass to Cunningham as time ran out in regulation. No panic. Just coolness under pressure.

He’s already really good, he could be great if he can improve his D. That’s not a criticism, he’s a freshman.

Then there was Cunningham with 4 turnovers. Landers with only one, but twice ran away from a pass to him, trying to freelance the play. Three freshman had 4 turnovers and the four upperclassmen with 15. Many times our freshmen play with more discipline than our upperclassmen.

Who got the turnover when DD tossed the ball to Crutcher under the VCU basket and the ball went off Crutcher's hands and out of bounds?

Right now Crutcher is our MVP.

I hope it went to Darrell since that was a terrible pass.
