I've been saying since November that this season has provided me with the opportunity to watch one of the greatest "TEAMS" since 1962 - the year I began following the Flyers. Something awesome happened after last nights win over LaSalle. After high five-ing the Red Scare section the players gathered at mid court for a team picture. I have only seen this happen when a team has won a sectional, district, NIT or NCAA championship. They did it last night to celebrate a season of hard work, effort and selflessness & the final home game of two seniors, AND to look to the future.....this year and next.
Yes, something outstanding is happening right in front of our eyes.

AND to thank the fans. Coach Grant took the mike and spoke to the crowd thanking them for their support this year. In his post game presser, he said he knew it was a sacrifice for some to attend the games and he doesn't take the support for granted.
