Jhery: "First, I want to greet all of you. I feel thankful to be invited to the practice preselection in the Majors for the first time. I was part of the Minors selection at 17, 18 and 19. And I'm really happy to be here competing with the greatest, learning from them and always making big things happen, and participating with them.
Interviewer: "What do you expect from the practices from this Majors team that is preparing for the AmeriCup tournament that will be in Uruguay this month?"
Jhery: "To learn first and foremost. To have more consistency in my game. To know the tactics and movements you have to have in the Majors so that in the future when I get an opportunity, I'll be able to be a part of the team."
Interviewer: "When they found you, how did it feel when you knew you were going to be a part of this pre-selection?"
Jhery: "Mostly thankful because it's not an opportunity that everyone in the world gets. And God willing, I'll be able to take full advantage of the opportunity."
