I remember watching the Miami Heat, and they had Juwan Howard at the end of their bench who was 40 years old. I'd take CW over a player past his prime any day of the week.

I agree with that. There are nights where a 5 -10 minute CW explosion is better than a big tirade by the coach / getting T'd up. If you're in need of some energy and you're on the way toward losing anyway, send him out there to try to give you something. He can spark a team. And if he instead dribbles it off his foot well that was the direction the team was going anyway.
Juwan Howard will not spark anything that's not at the end of a glass tube.
