Lake Catholic and Holy Name are in different conferences and regions. They would not meet until the final 4.
Would have to go back and look at old schedules to see if they ever played each other in a holiday tournament.
Edit - I just checked and they were in the same conference at one time. Will see if I can find a game where they both played.
