Purely devil's advocate comment -- he mentions Greg Paulus in another reply tweet. And "the wait" being "almost over" -- could mean he's down to UD and OSU and he wants to wait through his 9/23 visit.
But, generally I agree -- his post-visit cryptic tweets seem to be hinting -- would feel like a gut punch to tweet like that and then not pull the trigger.
