If AG does not work out, then we should have hired Dave Harper as AD...DH assisted Tim Wabler with the brilliant AM hire, and DH miraculously lured Keith Dambrot from Akron to Duquesne. Bring DH back to UD, if AG does not work out, or try to get TW to come out of retirement, if AG does not work out.

Neil has to go, or be reassigned elsewhere, if AG does not work out.

	Tim Wabler TIM WABLER Current Director of Athletics for the University of Dayton. Took over for Ted Kissell on Jan. 1, 2009, and brings considerable experience and leadership in athletics. Assistant AD for many years and a former standout baseball player for the Flyers, Wabler has Dayton roots and understands the unique paradigm that makes Flyer athletics and the city of Dayton a tremendous relationship.
