The post D a was worse than the stat line indicated. Mikesell got pushed around trying to body up in the paint. He got backed down as well as others. The opposing post would put the ball on the floor and continue to dribble with rare doubles from the perimeter and would keep backing down and have their way with there they wanted to go. Yes, they missed many of those opportunities, but our guys got pushed around pretty good by post players that were big.
Obi had trouble too. They were better than against Capital, but the stat line in no way was a good indicator of evaluating post D.

Then it was bad coaching, they should have thrown the ball into the post on every possession for a guaranteed good shot. I wonder why they didn't?
