Oregon gets some punishments to their athletic dept, but nothing to their programs or scholarships. The NCAA probably will instead take a few scollies from Cleveland State. I am enrolling at Oregon if their professors change F's to B's upon request. That may be better than the UNC deal of not showing up for class ever.
