I didn't get the sense that his stock had risen over the last half of the season. Seems like a late first-round pick and might slip to the second round. Very well could be available when the Cavs pick.
EDIT: Actually, looks like the Cavs don't own their first round pick. Kennard probably won't be around at the tail end of the second round.
