One of Kentucky's prize recruits -- the 6-11 kid who got in the fight with Pierce -- is averaging a little over 11 points. I know nothing about the level of their competition or their individual skills, but it's more proof that bIg guys take some time to develop.

It's also a function of guards who don't know how to feed the post. Rarely is a guard coached that in AAU or High School.
