He's not talking about grad transfers. He's talking about regular transfers from bottom feeders. So I won't speak for everyone but if we went after someone like this and they came in as a high scorer at their old school and then were a 3-6 ppg scorer here I would be disappointed.

I think you're assuming that because a guy (probably the best overall player on the team) averaged 17-20 PPG on his old crappy team that we would automatically expect him to come to UD and average 17-20 PPG.
The guy from Clemson is a good example, he was the leading scorer on his old team then came to Clemson and had a career high 100 assists playing only 20 minutes per game. Clemson (likely) didn't recruit him to shoot 20 times per game, so, were they disappointed? I doubt it. I would bet they recruited him to shoot when needed, but, to distribute the ball.
