This coming fall we will have more Ranked Recruits - Senior Aces coming out of high school...on the team than ever before. All that said, the last two A10 POYs didn’t come to UD as ranked recruits. This is a HUGE testament to these player’s hard work and determination and Dayton’s ability to find diamonds in the rough and help them reach their potential. Only great programs and great coaches can do that. Those two players were Lauren Bruns and Amber Erhahon. There is a chance there is another one of these over-achievers on the roster or on the verbal recruit list for UD right now. But Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight teams are full of Ranked Recruits, so it’s important to land them, and UD has done that better than ever before.
