Just curious King Figgie, who had the better plus / minus in this game. Roosevelt Chapman, Larry Schellenberg, or Ted Harris?

Well, it probably wasn't Ted Harris, who averaged 6 minutes a game.
Schellenberg averaged 32 minutes a game that year and Chapman averaged 37 minutes a game. And with Chapman being the scorer on the team, he was probably on the bench while we lost a few points, so he must have had higher than a +9.
But, there was no play-by-play provided to Prince Figgie in 1983, therefore, I cannot give you an accurate account.
