That's the old Georgetown Hoya MO from the 1980s. "
They can't call everything, so let's see how much we can get away with." That's why the BE back then experimented with the 6-foul rule in conference play - because every team started playing "the Hoya way", and stars/starters were fouling-out left & right. Eventually, they realized that cleaning it up a little (if only a little) was the better way to go.
