While I agree with the approach AG is taking and doing things the "right way" is important. It is not as important as winning. Should AG do things the right way and string together a few 14-17 seasons, the noble fans of the Flyers will be screaming for his head, and be looking for another coach to do things his "right way". As fans we are hardly different that avid fans of any school. Granted I would not like the program to be run like UNC or UK.
