Typically, you'd feel good if Dayton shot 63% from the field and had 44 first half points. But,
URI is making us pay for mistakes tonight (19 points off of Dayton's 10 TO's as evidence). They are getting us to turn the ball over and they aren't missing their outside shots. I don't know what the answer is except to stop turning the ball over. If you take away four of the turnovers, and Dayton is out in front of this one. (The six point possession started with a UD turnover, and the rash of turnovers in the last two minutes widened what was previously a very close game. )
Dayton needs to be more focused and in control against the Rhode Island pressure. They aren't handling it very well.
London Warren's foul situation did not help us very much, and he's going to need to stay out of said trouble if we are going to make a run out of it in the second half.
