Here the ref calls a double T after Dwayne is put on the floor by 2 Bay players. Really quick whistle as Dwayne is still on the floor when the whistle blows.

Dwayne went to the floor on his own. Off balance...avoiding contact...I can see why no foul was called. I slowed the video down and watched it 5 times and saw no contact by the defender...but had the ref called the foul it would have been an easy 'sell' because the shot blocker wound up and tried a windmill rejection.
FWIW, I'd have called the foul...especially if there were numerous Technicals called ahead of that play. Game management...you have to penalize over-aggressive play like that.
