I would hardly call the difference "priceless".
I don't think anyone is saying "WOW YOU GET TO PLAY COLLEGE BALL IN THE GREAT CITY OF ST. LOUIS?!?!" St. Louis is a fine city. It's not Palm Beach, or a great college town like Austin, or a great city of action like New York. It's a fine, Midwestern town, with a fine college.
