But yes, I knew "a guy" who grew 4 inches after high school. That is not "many" or "most".
I've seen it more than once, and I trust my eyes more than a government agency. Not that I think they would intentionally lie about this, just that the "researcher" for this information may not have given it their all. Wait, government employees would do that, would they?
