Of course they may advise guys to drink certain minimum water amounts or take mineral supplements, but you know how kids are, and you even know how adults are. Hopefully the team learned a lesson about taking the trainers advice. Proper hydration is not a pre-game issue, it is an all day, every day issue.

Maybe the training staff could come up with a drink. Call it something like Flyerade.
