Keep in mind also that Ostrom interviewed for the HC position here at UD. Just my opinion, but I don't think he would stick around and be an assistant for a job they did not land - no matter how good of friends he is with the person that did get the job.
With all of that said, I would be elated if Tom stays with UD. I just don't see it happening.
