But they're Better Than Hamlen and Hinchman

Dukes speaks in a monotone, maddeningly refers to UD repeatedly as "These Dayton Flyers", said Charlotte gave XU a good game when the score differential was 22 points, and uses "onset" when "outset" is a much better choice. He also mentioned Xavier fans watching the game on TV. Seriously, Derrick? You really think XU fans in Cincy rigged up their rabbit ears in contorted positions to watch a game in which their team is not playing? UD has a terrible media contract with a negligible footprint. You, of all people, should know this.
Adding insult is the bloody scorekeeper who can never keep the correct score on the screen. Hire an intern who can count for crying out loud.
Ok, I feel better. Well, not really.

Quit bashing the modern broadcast team. You haven't been around long enough to compare them to their predecessors. I remember when Tom Hamlin said, "There goes Gordy Hatton, all alone with two men on him...", followed by Lou Hinchman (aka Kermit the Frog) bellowing, "That's right, Tom..." They sure could paint a picture on the radio for us to follow. Ah yes, back in the days when UD went "right to left on the radio dial".
