If you say UCONN shouldn't schedule 85% of the teams it schedules,who exactly should they schedule, the WNBA. We all agree they have a huge advantage, but they seem to play anybody anytime. The depth of the pool makes it so there are only a handfull of really good teams, and UCONN is good every year, some years better than others, but all very good. The ACC only offers competition on rare occasions. Nature of the landscape in WBB.
Last year the huskies played three teams,Baytor, SC, and Oregon, all ranked higher, (1,2 @3) than the Huskies (5) and they lost all three. It can be done, but only by a few programs.
