As someone who is heavily invested in basketball, I can say with confidence that the best coaches I see are the ones I hear the least from and who appear to do the least in-game coaching...which you interpret as being clueless and I interpret as being appropriate.
FWIW, I bet Grant's coaching strategies change when the A10 starts. That's where he'll earn his salary.
