Totally agree but they get paid a lot of money so they need to be right more than not and I'm not sure many of them are.

That last shot by Pollard...that's where I wish UD had players who consistently could dunk of someone through that contact.

Well Crosby did all he could to keep it close. Maybe the worst 5 minutes of his or almost anyone's career. But he's had a couple of other games that came close. Once again he's the only guy with negative plus minus. He might be negative for the year.
Can we finally all agree that he's unsuitable to have any role going further and that next year we need help?

UD free throws 20-23 or 87%. FU ended up 11-25 for 44% on threes. They were 2 for 8 in the second half. We held them to 27 pts after 39 the first half, and shot 52% for the game... the two keys, and free throws.
We won rebounds 33-21. Each team had8 offensive.

I didn't see it, but what you describe isn't necessarily a block. Once legal guarding position is established you can move sideways and fall and as long as you're fast enough to maintain that legal guarding position you can take a charge like that. Of course, if you're sliding and falling that's no way to establish legal guarding position in the first place.

BTW UD made the midnight Sportscenter with Scott Van Pelt in the moose segment thanks to Scoochie getting the ball to Kendall to cover for UD.

You would think a UD newspaper could get the name right (Jim Paxson, not brother John - who played at NOTRE DAME)

McNally said,
"and when you go out, everybody knows you. You can't get drunk and fall on the floor and throw up all over. They don't miss a trick."

Too bad Sean didn't live up (or down) to this philosophy. Didn't see him throw up, but saw plenty of the other...

After CBSSN cut to the Fordham cheerleaders during a timeout last night, the above would've been a drastic improvement!

Those weren't the cheerleaders, they were the dance squad. One girl was HUGE.

I realize there was a dance squad, but I was specifically referring to the cheerleaders.

Ahhh, George Morrison. I hung with him a lot his freshman year, we both lived in Founders. Became a folk hero after his first game, hustled his butt off during garbage time.
