Guess there was already some trash talking b/c ESPN2 crew said they would tell us about it upon their return...
I thought X fans said this isn't a rivalry anymore?? Uh-huh.

Pre Game Tussel????
Espn 2 just said that there was a "tussel" before the game. I LOVE the emotion... Hopefully no one was kicked out! We can't afford to lose any more.
I do like the fact that we are getting in their heads as a 10 pt dog.

Whatever happened to wearing school colors? The trim isn't cutting it. Especially for a game this big. Guess that's a thing of the past. So much for tradition...

That was a stupid foul by London, I am pretty sure I could read BG's lips saying "I told you not to foul"
It will be a great feat to be in this game at the half with Kurt and London out

Are you talking about the foul when he prevented the inevitable dunk? Other than we don't need him on the bench, that foul has to happen.

not only that, but holloway is driving the lane but has like three guys around him and Kurt backs away at the end and he gets an easy layup.
how tall is holloway? how tall is Kurt?
sorry i've only seen 3 games this year , but Kurt..... not gonna say it

With two fouls in the first half, 99% of the big guys will step back and not pick up a dumb third foul.

We need to cut it to about a 6 or 7 point deficit at the half and not have anyone pick up their third foul. If we can do that we will play better in the 2nd half. We just can't let them make a run here in the last 3 or 4 minutes.

No way! You give up the dunk instead of putting yourself on the bench with two fouls. two points is not worth London being on the bench

Unfortunately, though, I've seen him do that with 0 fouls.

Terrible defense by Luke... LW doesn't look focused tonight...
I think we need to find a way to get 3 for Luke or MJ...

Here in Detroit

why in the ^(**^ isn't anyone following behind Charles down the lane. WTF!?!?!?! noone is there for the putback! They're all standing around watching X with an uncontested rebound.

Maybe UD should've worried more about shooting FT's and jumpers and working on defense than talking smack before the game....awesome strategy.
And so glad this is on ESPN2.

This is the first game I have seen this year where a combination of a short bench and foul trouble has forced us into some really ugly lineups on the floor. We need to get back to basics at the start of the half and forget about the first half.

Another day in the city of Cincinnati vs _ so far.
We to find a way to attack the rim from start to finish in the 2nd half. If we get in any sort of immediate foul trouble again, it could be a long half.

We are in trouble!!!
We have to find some way to open this game up and avoid playing so much half court basketball. We may need to go to some sort of trapping press instead of our plain old full court pressure the ball man to man.

because they're sucking wind...that 12 man rotation is down to 8 thanks to injuries and foul trouble.
KH has proven once again he does the things that don't show up in the box score...and CW gets too amped before games. Those spins in the lane don't work at this level.
