Strong comeback from Chicago State. Northwestern now up by 5. Northwestern is unbeaten at home. The Flyers may have an opportunity there.

Don't play them at home. At the United Center.

You are right. I had forgotten that game will be in the United Center and not Welsh-Ryan. Tonight Northwestern won by 4 but they were heavily favored.

That may have been the most Northwestern thing ever to lose that game. Every time you think they look like they might be a tournament team, they go and lose to someone ridiculous.
Chicago State has lost 37 of their last 39 div1 games, and their problems run far deeper than that. There is a very real chance that the entire institution will be shut down...

For all those crying about scheduling the St. Joseph's game, did you happen to catch the RPI hit Northwestern took even though they won this game?

The RPI hit was mild compared to the SOS hit. Their SOS prior to that game was right about where we are in the 40-50 range, today it is at 96!

Looks like they dropped from about 49 to about 61...hopefully they get back into the top 50 at some point.
