When Scooch misses a shot, 90% of the time it's short. Even on FT's.

Time to call some players out on this one. Scoochie looks tired. Kyle should be restrained from taking threes. Daryl needs to hit the bench...his game has deteriorated greatly. And even Archie needs to look in the mirror on this one.

For one of the few times in the last 2.5 years, Archie massively out-coached.
No adjustments in the 2H. Archie top 20 coach in the college basketball, but this one 100% on Archie!
Up 41-36 with 8:38 left and outscored 25 to 16. Dayton gave up 25 points in the final 8 minutes of the game!?!?!?!?
Offense from 8 minutes to 4 minutes =
-Crosby Missed 3
-Cooke Charge
-Kyle made lay-up
-Cook Made 2 Fts
-Kyle missed lay-up
-Crosby Missed 3
In the last 8 minutes, we have Crosby going 0 for 3 from 3 -- why on earth would we have Crosby chucking 3s.

I can't believe we just watched a repeat of the game last year. One of Archie's few bad games. So bad.

That was pretty rough. If last year's NCAA tournament selection taught those guys anything, it should have at least taught them teams like Dayton don't have much margin for error and cannot urinate away opportunities or give committees fodder for dinging them.

How Big Steve wasn't a factor in this game I'll never know. This is one that makes me sick to my stomach.

not sure what to say. It was like Scoochie and Kyle were not there. Crosby took way too many shots. Archie needed to play some zone today. almost impossible to attack a zone when starting your offense with 10 seconds left.

Wow. Speechless. Reminds me too much of the Flyers a few years ago. Understand that away games in gyms like this are not easy, but this was not the performance that I expected. Crosby showed up to play, as did Cooke, but what happened to the rest?

they double teamed to force it out of his hands. Missed Kendall today as he could have wreaked havoc inside the zone

LaSalle played only 6 guys and Washington fouled out.
Hope we bounce back with some vengeance, and I would love to forget this one but I fear that it is loss that will hurt us. I am in pain.

LaSalle is terrible. We are supposed to win this game 85-90% of the time and by 10+. I am the biggest believer in road games are tough, but LaSalle is horrific. They lost 7 in a row.

Because for some odd reason, the game plan didn't include getting him the ball. I don't get this game - LaSalle undermanned, LETTING them dictate the pace with nary one press until the 2 minute mark of the 2nd half... But at the end of the year, this one could come back to haunt badly. One more bad loss like this, if on the fence at selection time, UD may have to play their way in again or watch on the sidelines.

Want to stop a loosing streak at home, schedule Dayton after they've been ranked in the top 25

exactly, or take it strong to the hoop(and get fouled) which I saw nobody do today. The most pathetic game I can remember.

There were plenty of seats open in the first three rows. You literally could have walked in midway through the first half and sat in the front row.

When I get on UDP, I go to "New Posts". This morning I got on and saw that there were 88 New Posts since last night. I thought, wow, everyone is having a real hard time letting go of this one. Then I saw the Bengals/Steelers thread. I forgot about the game - we went and saw The Big Short last night. Some days it is actually a benefit to be a Browns fan.

Yes.
The last victory for Dayton in Philadelphia against La Salle, is February 5th, 2011, 85-81. Chris Wright scored 27 points, while CJ and Parker scored 12.
We have lost our last 3 games at La Salle. -4 yesterday, -2 on the previous 2.
