Why aren't we pressing? Down 14 with 7:37 to go and Arkansas has been shown to be a terrible press-breaking team.

Cannot get the momentum -- even Knight said was a charge versus Arkansas.

Pollard with a 17 footer -- again the worst shot in college basketball.

Down 16 yet running the shot clock under 10 seconds each possession before launching 17 foot jumpers = Offensive Fail.

We are down 11 with 2:34, why aren't we PRESSING!?!??!?!?!
Arkansas blew like a 7 point lead with 1 minute to go when versus Clemson when they pressed.

UD down by 11 but only 2:30 to go. 4 of 16 from the 3, a few if them would have helped.

That's the problem...when post players gravitate to the perimeter to throw bombs...it shows their mental state in the paint....when post players get beat up in the post they sag to the perimeter...that means they are soft. It is different when they throw up the occasional 3 ball...but not when you can't throw it in the ocean from the beach.
I used to assist a HS coach with their big men...when I would beat them up in the paint during scrimmage...the would always gravitate to the perimeter because they didn't want to bang in the post.

Disappointed in Archie coaching last 10 minutes. Arkansas has not reacted well when have been pressed and we did not do one full-court press. Why not put K. Davis, Bass, Scoochie, etc. in there and press.

Flyers will be a better team because of this game.
It will be painful to watch the film . . . but they will learn much from it

Good second half. I wish we had started the game better.
Still significant work to do on offense. We are a good defensive team and a mediocre offensive team.

Sometimes you just have games like that. It won't hurt out tourney hopes, so learn from the mistakes, and move on to the next game.

Dont think we have a Press in our tool bag. Arch needs to work on it.
Also im ecstatic we got pressed today. Exposed our weaknesses . Did much better with pressure the second half.
Someone we could have used today was not only DMO , but Vee Sanford to hit that 12 foot jumper and some effective runners down the lane. Dmo was a very solid press breaker and might have helped against their bigs some.
Wonder if Big Steve might have also helped.
Were expected to lose, but we are light years from where we all hoped. Need more from Scooch!!!!!

I would think Bass and kyle Davis would be quick and make for solid pressure. Perhaps Arch is concerned what happens at second wave or oyr bigs get exposed after press is broken
