Not that it really makes any difference now, but I wonder hor many more games we could have won in the last three years if CL had figured out how to shoot FTs before now. I think it definitely would have meant wins last year at LaSalle and GW. Meanwhile, it is great to see him lighting it up now -- 12 straight in two games.

Gotta think that Martelli is going to feed Nivins everytime they have the ball--need to keep playing good defense on him--work on getting him another foul
BG needs to MJ and CW take it to the basket more

Great work by KH and DS -- I believe they have 7 combined to his 6.
I wanted them to shut him down -- NOT OUTSCORE HIM!!
Strong second half guys!

Bad FT overall did cost them an NCAA bid last year--
remember there was a game last year where Roberts missed FT's that cost them a game
they win that one and the LaSalle game, and they're in the tournament

I know of one......the URI game a few years ago at their place when Plummer was sitting for disciplinary reasons. That was another game that cost us dearly. Right now CL is shooting FT with confidence.

Important thing to remember--Dayton has 7 fouls to give at the 5 KH w/2 and DS w/1 but St. Joe's only has 3 to give

I think watching UD play for 40+ years might be the hardest on his health...he lives and dies with UD during these games.

I wouldn't be surprised if Nivens gets his 4th foul offensively. He's trying to move KH to get position, and he can't do it.

HORRIBLE offense 5 minutes with no score
If the defense wasn't playing so well and St. Joe's could hit their opens shots, this game would be a lot closer

What was DS thinking on that last drive? He should kicked it out, he was stuck under the basket. I like most of his game today, though. But think we need KH back in there right now.

I hope we do not go into our prevent offense, which stops our momentum and lets the other team back in the game.

On the bench. ST doesn't bring the defensive pressure that I think BG wants. I like his offensive game, but he needs to improve his defense to see the floor.

I thinks that offense isn't bad--spreads the floor and allows CL, CW, and MJ to drive

The offence also makes St. Joes expend a lot of energy trying to defend the entire half court area.
