He has left the program in far worst shape than he inherited. He has 4 seniors gone and nothing left in the tank. We can not risk hiring someone with no head coaching experience and expect them to clean up this mess

We have got to hire a veteran, have him bring a young guy to take over when he leaves. I say we get someone like Ray Harper in here. Harper is 463 wins in 18 years as a college head coach. In NAIA and D2 level he went to the national championship game 9 times in 13 years, as a division 1 college head coach he has went to the NCAA tournament 3 of 5.5 years. We need Ray Harper or someone just like him
