Maybe the good folks at the White Castle facility in Vandalia will send 'em some frozen patties. The players pay for them on their own of course.

Is there no longer one on Wilmington in Kettering? That would be about 5-10 min from campus IIRC.
But, if the lack of White Castles is one of your primary food complaints, I say you're in pretty good shape (other than 3:00 am)

Harold's Chicken Shack is epic. Fried chicken between 2 pieces of white bread (for the grease) .... i highly recommend while in Chicago.

There's also no Culver's (at least in Dayton). I believe there is one in Troy?

There is one off of I-75 at the Franklin exit (SR 123). At least there was a few years ago.

I know, right? I drove by there recently and it appears to be gone unless they moved it or something.

I forgot about the one on Salem and the one in Franklin. The one in Huber by Waynetown Shopping Center is closed. There is Culver's in Troy.

I think the only White Castle in this area is the one in Trotwood 5 minutes from my house. Don't be scared to come up north out of the Oakwood & Centerville ZIP codes for some sliders. We have modern amenities in the Englewood/Clayton/Trotwood area such as running water and something called the internet. I think our roads are even paved, works real good on the ride of the carriages, but man the horses we use get shin splints something fierce.
The one in Huber is definitely gone. In its place stands a 5/3 bank. Was at the corner of Troy & Taylorsville, in the same plaza that the old KMart was in.

The one in Franklin is still there because I stopped by there on my way from work in Cincinnati last night on the way to the Arena to get dinner before the game.

My favorite line in the whole article was this one:
The team was led by Jordan Sibert, a 6-foot-4 guard who averaged 16.5 points per game and made the A-10's first team.
Can anyone guess why?

They left out "Ohio State transfer". Someone should probably let them know, as I believe he legally changed his name to that a couple of weeks ago.

You guys are too quick. Can he trademark "Ohio State Transfer" like Taylor Swift did with "This Sick Beat"?

"You wanna know how to get an NCAA victory? They try to zone, you cut to the weak side block. He sends one of yours to the bench after a charge, you send one of his to the locker room when he tries to block your dunk. *That's* the *Chicago* way! And that's how you get an NCAA victory."

Speaking as someone who lives @ 10 minutes from that very White Castle, I agree wholeheartedly. And as long as you can ignore the crack houses and hookers, my neighborhood really isn't too bad.
For the record, I live on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and our worst problem is the "skunk patrol" that crosses OH-48 near the synagogue and comes to our neighborhood periodically to give our noses a real treat.
