What a terrible inbounds play. Now a 2pt game.
CW big jam, then they get another layup. 83-81 w/5.2secs left.

2 pt game with 15 to go, and CW hits to make it a 4 pt game. My blood pressure returned to normal.

That was a indeed a pleasant surprise. I thought CW was going to kill the entire basket on that last dunk.

BG was muttering under his breath as he was shaking hands with LaSalle. I wonder if he was miffed a bit because CW tried such difficult dunks instead of just playing it safe?

CW big second half--really came through. They never make it easy, but a road win is always good. Kudos to the three ill players, CJ, Luke, and Searcy, who all played and all had some contribution to the win.

Nice to see CW have a dominating performance...
27 points
11-22 FGM
6 blocks
5-6 at the stripe
6 rebounds
Only 2 fouls and 2 TO's
Go Flyers!

No disrespect UDX but this game was closer then it should have been. Yes a win is a win, especially on the road but we should have put away this team much earlier.

Dunno how many dunks CW had but it had to be at least a half dozen.

Our inability to inbound the ball under our own basket is just unbelievable. Every inbound in the last 3 minutes was poorly executed. Is it Staten or the other 4? I can't tell precisely-maybe its the play(s) itself. I tend to think its JS- he doesn't seem to be able to foresee where the pass needs to go.

I was honestly worried about BG at the end of that game, he looked to be hyper ventilating and I might have been too.
When they left the guy open for a three it looked like he was telling Parker "Didn't I tell you not to leave him?" and parker was just nodding his head.
Regarding inbounds I really didn't see anyone getting open and when they were they were moving toward the sidelines making it easy to trap them. The pass to PW should have been caught, he has to screen the defender and catch that ball.

I feel LaSalle deserves some credit for playing with fire and playing hard until the end.

Flyers have had problems on this all year- LaSallle didn't lay down for sure but nobody does when they have even a slim chance for a comeback

Some observations after reviewing the game last night.
1. Poor FT shooting almost cost UD this game.
2. There were two calls LATE in the game that didn't get called against UD; walking twice.
3. CW looked great, as if he was told to be the leader by example.
4. JB is showing improvment. This is something us fans enjoy seeing and expect.
5. UD played, at most, 32 minutes of the game with confidence. This seems to be a pattern for this team. Something needs to change for UD to stay on a winning streak. RI, Temple, Duq, X will play hard for 40 minutes against UD and win going away if they don't.
6. Did I mention poor FT shooting?
