"Red Zone" for College Basketball
I don't know if anyone saw the Cavs - Wizards game last night but it was by far the best regular season NBA game I have seen in quite some time. We were talking about the game today at work and I then brought up the end of the VCU- SBU game Saturday. I just love watching the last 5 minutes of close games. Wouldn't it be great to have something like the Red Zone for college basketball, cutting into the end of all these close games.

They do have it. It's called ESPN Buzzer Beater. It's usually on either Tuesday or Wednesday from 8-11 pm and then Saturdays 2-11(?). I think the nights they decide to broadcast it depends on how many games are scheduled those nights. It's on channel 615 on DirecTV and i'm pretty sure you can stream it with ESPN3/WatchESPN

Speaking of ESPN, Disney stock was down today on decreased revenue, etc. They are putting the blame on their subsidiary's, ESPN, decreased revenues and increased production costs.

Not sure, but this may have something to do with ESPN's penchant to become a champion of liberalism

Cord cutting, cord shaving and rights fees. All sports networks are going through same thing. Not sure how long the bubble lasts.
On the other side of the coin live sports is still the main draw for linear TV.

Not really bringing politics into it when the ESPY courage award travesty and the subsequent left wing pandering that followed IS the reason for lower viewership.
I hope ESPN dies off. Ive already deleted their app and will watch only for UD games and MNF
