Daytona - Dayton... Easy mistake. The similarities are endless! Beautiful climate, nice beaches, hot babes. Right? Lol.

They just showed the same highlights on SportsCenter and kept referring to Sibert as "Seebert"'

This has been happening for years. I think they do it on purpose.

Yep, Stan Verrett made that mistake on SportsCenter LA. He and the rest of them will learn the correct pronunciation soon enough though.

Kudos to ESPN & Stan. He fixed his pronunciation by the time they replayed SC from LA in th next hour.

What they're writing...

From Spokane Spokesman-Review:

http://www.spokesman.com/stories/201...paradise-zags/

“We knew we were going to be in a dogfight after watching tape on them and we were,” Gonzaga coach Mark Few said. “It’s been a while, at least since I’ve been coach, giving up 18 offensive rebounds. They just handed it to us on the glass, and those (rebounds) led to a lot of extra possessions.”

Or, as Dower put it, “They wanted the rebounds more I guess.”
