Indiana home and away
Does this mean IU has to give us a home and away series? If so can we delay it for a year or two because we will most likely struggle next season.
PS. Please no Pat Kelsey!!! Anyone but Pat Kelsey!!! It may be time to promote from within.

Gregory had the home and away deal in his contract. That is why we got the Georgia Tech series.

This has been answered numerous times in other threads. The was no clause in Archie's contract for a series with a school he goes to. There will be no games.

Who transfers? Do we lose all our recruits? Did we get any cash from IU? If so, how much?

Read the other threads....and many of the numbers you won't know...because they aren't a pubic institution.

My source says that the home/away was not in AM's contract. It was supposedly taken out the last extension. I hope my source is wrong.

You don't need sources. Sullivan told Jablonski exactly that yesterday.

A home-and-home series **** well better be in Ray Harper's contract!

How can you possibly take yourself seriously when you're talking on a message board about your sources when journalists reported that news 30 hours ago? We are UD fans. Not everybody needs to have a "source" inside the athletic department.

This process really brings out the loonies in our fan base. I can't believe how many people "know the assistant SIDs barber and they tell him everything" or "have had great talks with Morgan in a parking lot and Archie is here forever." This is supposed to be a little fun. This is why Neil and Eric were hired. It's their time to shine. A lot of their legacies will rest on the next week. And guess what? If everything goes perfectly and they find the right guy and the program prospers we get to do it again in 6 years. And that's fantastic to me. I trust they'll get it right. Just take yourself a little less serious. I'm just a fan on a message board and so is anyone who claims to have these great "sources."
The people writing 6 figure checks to UD didn't even know the final decisions. Take anything and everything with a grain of salt and enjoy the ride.

I will be curious if Archie gives any mid majors home and home arrangements. One of the things you consistently hear from mid major coaches is that no one will give them a home game. Then they become P5 coaches and they don't give mid majors a home game.

Crean played IFPW on their floor. Doubt Archie does it.

That will be interesting, Give Crean credit for the game in Ft Wayne. Doubt IU will give a game to a good mid-major. As Crean found out, too much downside risk.
