Based on my research their projected starting lineup is:
G 31 Lamar Trice 5’11” 165 JR Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
G 30 David Golladay 6’1” 180 RS FR Upper Marlboro, Maryland
F 5 Pierre Brown 6’5” 220 SR Williamsburg, Virginia
F 10 Shawn Atupem 6’7” 220 SR Newport News, Virginia
F 35 Raven Barber 6’8” 220 SO Edgewood, Maryland
They are without starting SG Jean Cajou, who is suspended for the 1st semester
It will either be Golladay or true frosh Julian Norfleet starting at the SG.

Mine is a little choppy. I'm also in the Mile High City, so it must be the altitude. Actually, I know it's my computer, I have too much stuff on it. which is slowing it down and am currently trying to move things to my backup hard drive hoping this helps.
The guys look a bit "anxious" on offense. Wright hit a nice shot there, I just hope he starts hitting those jumpers. If he can do that consistently, he'd be unstoppable.

Struggling to get open looks right now and definitely not knocking the shots down when they get them. Hope this is just early game jitters.

Before the shot clock, I think UCLA and USC played a game that ended 8-6 or something close to that.

What a ball fake by Juwan against that zone! That ball fake alone has me so excited. This is my first time watching Juwan, and I don't think I saw a ball fake by our previous pg's against a zone in 4 years. Juwan does it in his first game.
Welcome to UD Juwan!

Man, the flange sure is getting a workout so far.
Video quality is disappointing. Sure lots of folks are tuning in online for this game, but I'd think they'd be prepared for that.
UD quality also disappointing so far, but I will to blame that on being too keyed up for the game rather than lack of preparation.

The frosh have been a nice bonus on the offensive side.
CW and CJ are forcing things a bit on the offensive side. I expect one or both of these guys to settle down a bit in the 2nd half and open things up.

Good half in every respect except offense. We did some good things offensively, but we were playing too fast and made some bad decisions with the ball. I think we'll do better in the second half.

Nice finish to the half, led by Wright. He is all over the place, he's just forcing some bad outside shots early on. By my count, he has 9 rebounds? Not sure about the blocks, but I think he has at least 3. He's ballin' without hitting an outside shot.
CJ has been MIA.
I like the way Kav has been seeling off his defender and getting good post position. The guys just have to give him the ball when he works his butt off like that.
Love the frosh on the offensive side of the ball. Juwan is the real deal, he's a general out there already. This is my 1st time seeing him and the frosh and the future is bright.
I expect the Flyers to open it up in the 2nd half.
On a negative note, not real impressed with Josh Parker right now. He's reminding me a little too much of Rob Lowery. I'm hoping it was just a bad half on his part.
Speaking of Josh, has Benson seen the floor?

Some stats that stick out right now:
We're outrebounding them by 20.
They only have 5 TO's. Not enough.
Juwan has 6 assists and 1 TO.
Devin close to a double double with 9 pts and 10 boards.

Not that many TO's but for the number of new players the defense doesn't look bad. It's not mid-season form, but not bad.

Devin is having a very good game.
Wright looks like a man amongst boys out there.
We just had a couple of bad defensive lapses. I know one was Oliver not staying with his man who can hit the three. That happens with frosh.

Josh Benson still puzzles me. That was a nice entry pass into the post, however he gets outworked by a smaller guy for a rebound and put back right before then.

If he would have played this kind of defense last year he would have played a whole lot more minutes.
Even though we don't throw it to Kav in the post often he works so hard down there he's wearing out the guy guarding him.

I wasn't pretty, but a W is a W. Devin had a very nice game. We will need his offense down low. However, we will know that defensing the post will be be paramount. Paul also had a nice game shooting the ball. We are a different team without Luke.

Not a bad opening game. I think the positives included Searcy and the production out of the 5 spot, PW settling down and giving us a solid game, and certainly the rebounding.
The offense certainly struggled out of the gates. Staten missed a few shots I think he will make, JP started a little slow before knocking some down, and I certainly hope that was the worst game CJ will play all year.

Bucky, first half, "Both teams working extremely hard out there, but unfortunately not getting much done". He was correct of course.
Paul Williams and guards looked great.
5's were very good--you go Devin!
Wings were hot and cold. It just seemed to me that CW's highlight reels were right after he turned the ball over. But that's him.
St Mary's was well-coached, and had some talent at the 1 and 5 too. Plus they played outstanding free throw defense .
Good to get the first one over with. Nice win.

That was brutal. No flow offensively and poor shooting. We did rebound the ball well though which is what saved us. Some people will say that we defended well but Mt. St. Mary's didn't really to appear to have any good offensive options. Maybe we just made them look that bad. Overall its a win and that is what matters, but we have alot of room to improve.

Our defense has the same attitude as last year, but the newbie's technique is a work in process. It will come. Good quickness, bad footwork in a number of instances. They have to learn what D-1 refs will allow. Heck, come to think of it, we have to learn that every game .
We are witnessing some of the same fears at the 5 spot that we spoke of all summer. We got 26 points in the paint --- alas, they got 24.

Not a bad first game for JS even though shooting was off he had 8 assists and only 1 turnover I really like this freshmen class.

The help defense is much improved from the scrimmages and so is the rebounding. The help defense needs to get better but I think we will continue to improve pretty quicky. We could be tough to handle on the offensive boards but we need to be measured against tougher competition.
Devin looked good today
Paul looked very comfortable in the 2nd half
I think we need to improve on attacking the zone defense but we have been saying that for years
