That was a horrible call. The NF player comes off the bench going into the timeout and bumps Cooke, and Cooke does nothing.

For those who are watching, what did UD do to cool Beech off.

Cooke is a better player than Sibert. If we can get Pierre back and at full speed, this team can compete.
Cooke 24 pts (8-15), 7 boards and 5 assists
Steve with 14 pts (7-8), 16 boards and 4 blocks
Pollard 11pts, 5 boards and 8 assists

Liked what I heard about Big Steve and like his stats. Would have liked to have seen him do it. Glad he had a real good showing. Would love to see us take care of Vanderbilt next.

I'm digging Pollard with 8 assists.
D Davis scoring .
As well as Cooke and Big Steven play!

Steve was the man
This opponent and every one like them should be raw meat for Steve. He doubled his average in points and rebounds and blocks. Probably good for 12 - 15 points of spread. How about that +28 while he was on the floor?

Put Cooke on him. He was defended with a big first half - mix of Pollard, Williams and McElvene.

His chances in second half were made without being able to set himself, very good defense. He is a great shooter

the key was Archie switching Cooke onto Beech in the 2nd half. He really never got an open look in the 2nd half.

That, and no one else caught fire like their stats show was possible. We made them pay for the misses at the other end. Great Flyer half of basketball.

From above - "He was defended with a big first half - mix of Pollard, Williams and McElvene." Actually Pollard played him pretty tough in one stretch.

With the exception of the second half of the X game, I think we have done a pretty good job of competing without DP
