We need to start hitting FTs. Those 2 quick fouls on KH doesn't help our depth situation.

I was just thinking the same thing.
We have seen CJ, MJ, and even LF get some time and get to show what they can do, CJ and MJ from the start, LF lately.
DS - if he was not "on the shelf" how much PT do you think he would be getting in the last game or so and today?

Great run outs on the last two possessions. Just keep playing the way they have and those will continue to come. We don't need to pull away right now, so they hopefully don't force it.

Those last 2 buckets were what we need - 2 fast break hoops. Get the pace of this game out of Richmond's comfort zone.

KH
OK, so KH is bad and shouldnt start. And I am off topic by suggesting we dont hit free throws and lack experience in big games?
Cmon. We all know KH doesnt deserve the PT he is getting. Let's all move on. K?

I waited for the replay... I don't think that looked like goal-tending. I realize it's a tough call, but it looked like it was on its way up to me.. Maybe I'm biased.

Like most A-10 games with refs who like to listen to their own whistles....this one may come down to free throws...

FTs are a problem, as are fouls.
I noticed that KH always goes away from the basket -- rather than spinning to the backboard/hoop.

OK, now I"m nervous. Little guy for Richmond is getting hot.
And we are missing our free throws. So much for that 9 point lead and an easy win.

The fact that lately we're getting one point per possession, at best, is killing us.

Why can't A-10 refs just let the players play?
I can't stand them...ticky tack fouls...every game.
I've never seen refs call so many off the ball fouls as the refs in this conference

That was a huge rebound by KH. That erases 2 of his missed layups in my book.

MJ coming alive (except at the line)!
I'd feel much better if we could just make a free throw. Of course, its been like this all year, so I guess I should be used to it by now.

MJ puts so much sidespin on his freethrows they do not have a prayer. Those last two looked liked London last year.

That should be a flagrant ... no attempt to play the ball and VERY dangerous.

MJ is 1-6 from the line. He was a much better FT shooter last year.
