rpiforecast (via sagrin I believe) has UD as a 1.3 point favorite, 55% chance to win, up a shade from the other day where they were a 0.7 pt favorite, 53% chance to win. Kind of surprised the Sagarin ratings would change that much over the course of 2 days when neither team has played. I guess team's rankings are still pretty well connected to the results of those that they've played prior in the season, or at least more than I would have thought at this point.

They have 3 bad losses, Siena, Delaware, and Maryland Eastern Shore, I think we can win this one.

A two point swing (UD +1 to UD -1) is large! Money says Flyers win.
However, my decadent gambling past says that this game will end up 7 points either way. Of course if it's the wrong way, I will need a sleeping pill tonight...just one.

Man, that is old school--that was Bugsy Siegel's hotel. I lived in Vegas a couple times in late seventies to bet the horses.
True story: I walked into the Flamingo race-book to make a large bet to place on a horse; the teller called over a manager who said they wouldn't take the bet unless at least half was on top (to win). Don't ask me why-it was a chalk horse. So I said okay. The horse just hung on to win.
I played at a race-book that Shecky Greene frequented. He was making 150 grand a week--lots of money then. It was his stage joke that he lost almost all of it betting the horses-- I think he did.
I went flat broke twice in Vegas. Sh!t, I was cleaning out asbestos under two foot crawl space and painting to extract myself. I have many, many interesting stories.
In the late 80's, my friend upstaged Bill and Hillary Clinton in Hot Spring's Arlington Hotel's posh restaurant--they were seated across from us. He was Arkansas governor then. I had made a really nice score and shared a little with my friend. He was giving it to violinists, the maitre d', anyone who attended our table. The two violinists didn't want to leave us. Bill and Hillary had their body guard (lol).

I was in Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show. and I intended to bet on the Bucks and the Flyers but I never got around to it. Question for Forego1 or others, how do you collect on the bet if the game occurs after you leave?

You have an allotted time to mail it in. Ask before you bet for the details. I usually do it for NFL games when in Vegas. Have never had a problem with mail-in -- and with several different casinos. (Hard Rock, Caesars, etc.)

I lived in Vegas (1971) during my training in the F-111.
Usually took a taxi from Nellis to the strip then hitched a ride back to base.
Vegas was more fun when it was run by the Mob! Twenty would get you a seat in the front row for any show. Now all seating is reserved by ticket purchase.
Had a beer one afternoon with Fats Domino...totally cool man.
Went back with my wife 15 years later and all my favorite places and restaurants were gone. However, some of the new places were knock your socks off good!
Three years ago I drove from Burbank to Vegas to place a bet on St Louis Billikens in the 1st round of the 2012 NCAA tournament. Frantically got to the sports book at Caesars about 5 minutes before tip and bet a large. By the time I grabbed a beer and found a seat, the game was 7-8 minutes into the first half and the Billikens were behind Oregon by 20 points and never got closer.
I was glad that I didn't have to hitch back to Burbank.
